I used the ATM inside the branch and took the cash I received from the ATM to a teller to exchange into the denominations I needed only to be told that without a BOA account the cash I just took from their ATM could not be exchanged - really?

Yes done it once in 2019

I was just in to withdraw money from your ATM. Three cards were rejected. When I called USAA (my bank) they said all of the cards were good . They suggested that the problem was probably with your ATM.
