I recently moved into Emmons. Raoul was the person who helped me with my lease, apartment tour, and moving in. He was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and polite and seemed to anticipate my questions before I asked them. I’m glad he is part of this building’s community. In fact, of all the buildings I’ve lived in, he seems to be the best, most attentive property manager I’ve had.

I'm going on my 2nd year here at this apartment building. The new management is super nice and accommodating and helped me out a ton during my move and beyond! Belltown has a lot to offer, and with the dog park right next door how could you go wrong?

Too expensive for the neighborhood, too many break ins, (our bikes were stolen, storage broken into, vehicle broken into in the garage), daily weed smoke overtaking our unit with windows and doors closed, 7 different property managers in 2.5 years, very unsafe Air BnB units during a pandemic with known immunocompromised tenants even though it was against lease stipulations, Violence outside resulting in bullets shot through lower level windows. Constant need for police presence outside due to drug trafficking, constant panhandling from drug addicts outside your front door, many mornings leaving out with human feces outside the front door, based next to a major bus hub (every 2 minutes during rush), and being charged for cleaning for leaving a unit cleaner than it was when you first rented. Oh, and if there’s a police involved matter or very important emergency during non office hours, good luck, you’re on your own with no emergency contact for a manager. that’s just the start. Happy house hunting. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I strongly do not recommend renting this place. You can certainly find better and safer places in Belltown. One or more residents illegally smoking on premises. Smoke enters your rooms and you have to live with it. Homeless people will usually gather at the entrance of this building. Unsafe in dark. Occasional robbery of packages left near mailboxes. Smokers and drug dealers in the alley behind this building. Unclean (even urination by homeless people) and polluted (smoke and marijuana) front of the building.

In addition, the drop down kitchen counter tops in our flats function as work/prep areas when folded down and a nifty storage area when closed up. Yes, we are extremely pet friendly! We allow two dogs and two cats per apartment and there is a dog park on the corner, less than 200 feet from our front door. Plus, there will be a doggie day care/dog washing business occupying our ground floor retail space very soon!
