I have lived here since December 1st 2018. It's much smaller than where I lived before. The people here are friendly. They have a nice small smoking area, a BBQ area. The grounds are kept up really nice. Besides my rent being much cheaper then the studio I was paying $650. for at the City Center Apts. I pay 1/2 the amount for a 1 bedroom. The best part of it is in the winter time if you don't want to walk your dog in the snow or in the summer time when it's too hot we have our own dog park out front. I walk to 7~11 for my rent, the police station is across th treat and if you want to go to a baseball game, it's just up a couple blocks. And to say the beautiful fireworks I watch. So do I like it here? Yes I gave it a 5 star rating.

I have lived here for over two years and I love it, they manage we mentioned is very awesome, these apartments after for disabled people and if they were not her I would probably be homeless, I can't afford anything else, I highly recommend these apartments.

Based on your income. Subsidized housing. HUD.
If you meet the requirements for Hud housing, then you would pay roughly 30% of your monthly income for rent while living here.
2 year waiting list. Fill out an application and get on the list. Accessiblespace.org and attach it to any location you want. We have properties in Hawaii. So wouldnt hurt filling out the app.
