Property and landscaping maintenance issues placed on loooooonnnngggg waiting list - if addressed at all. Don't count on listed amenities being available for use if you're a resident...(especially the swimming pool/spa). "Community managers" (aka property management representatives) and maintenance personnel are routinely hired and fired at an alarming rate, and usually just as they start to get to know the residents ("community members") and their concerns. Without a trusted liason between residents and "upper" management, there is no consistency of information, nor resolution to long-standing issues. Never any follow-up by USA Prop Fund on written requests, who evidently couldn't care less about "enriching the lives" of the residents as they claim. A resident's concerns, requests, issues or suggestions to improve "the community" - i.e. their HOMES - are never satisfactorily addressed or resolved, and are routinely ignored or entirely forgotten.

At first glance, this senior community appears to be an ideal place to live out your later years. Well-maintained grounds, spotlessly clean, and seemingly friendly tenants and management staff. But upon closer observation, I quickly realized that it’s all an illusion. Notice how all the positive reviews came from people who have never actually lived there and from local guides who can never be trusted. As someone who actually lived there for nine months, I can honestly tell you that this community is far from what it appears. In late 2020, there was a covid infestation in the building, which was brought in by one of the managers no less, and it spread to several of the elderly. The entire complex had to shut down until 2021 until hazmat cleared the place safe. There is no real security for the property either, so car thefts are a common occurrence. And if you own a Prius, you can forget about parking your car safely at night because you will probably lose your catalytic converter. The on-site manager, Yolanda, who is incapable of making simple managerial decisions on her own, is nothing more than a PUPPET for the corporate headquarters in California. There is no respect for the residents. The on-site management staff is absent and disrespectful, and when there's a community problem, they tell you to handle it yourself or call the police. And don’t get me started on the residents living there. Since the covid outbreak, management made it a point to fill all the empty apartments they had due to the outbreak, so they started letting anyone in - questionable characters, homeless people and people who really belong in an institution due to mental illness. And because the majority of residents are white, racism is a common underlying theme. I didn’t last one year in this place. I got out of there because there was no peace of mind, no respect for the residents, and I did not feel safe living there. If you are considering moving into this community, do yourself a favor - don’t. You will regret it for the rest of your life.
