First off, right when you walk in everyone is so welcoming. Bought a Co-Op bike recently and had a small hiccup with delivery. The bike technicians here were so understanding and made a quick resolve to get my bike set up. I am so grateful for the workers here and their service. Will come back many more times to shop here!

Bought a kayak from REI and I did a ship to store option. When I went to pick it up the Kayak was pretty scratched up with a several deep groves, the rudder was destroyed, and the sealed bulk heads went sealed at all. They took a heat gun too the larger dents and fixed them the best they could, then gave me a discount so I could buy replacement parts myself. The staff was great and did the best they could to fix the issues, so I really appreciated that.... but wow I had no idea that Amazon delivery drivers handled packages with significantly more care than their warehouse delivery crew. Probably just an issue with kayaks being large and bulky with little packaging... But I ordered to bend the metal rudder supports some one must have thrown.y kayak in transport, just simply dropping would not have bent metal that thick!!
