Front desk staff were friendly, rooms seemed clean, breakfast quality was average. Overall it's a good value for the price paid.

No clue about a room. Sorry folks. We tried getting a room at 12:15am without a reservation. Keep in mind there was an enormous snowstorm dumping a foot of snow. They refused to give us a room. They even said they had empty rooms too. But they were "closed" for the night. Woman at desk had to call someone to ask if we can have a room. Was told no. Will never stay at a Fairfield inn again.
Disappointed
Registration staff not friendly at all when we arrived. Gave us rooms next to the elevator when very few guests appeared to be at the hotel. Women attending the breakfast service was very nice and helpful. My room needed repairs such as air conditioning vent cover was falling off and control panel cover/door was broken. Hook on bathroom door missing. Bathroom smelled like mildew. No laundry bag in closet. Est. Room 208.

Our experience with all Marriott hotels, including Fairfield Inn, is that they are excellent at trying to accommodate all circumstances including various handicaps. Obviously it will be based on room availability so advance reservations with your special needs are always the way to go.
