Had stayed before, nor the same.Bad experience started with check in and got worse. Staff was not friendly. We were assigned a room with 2 double ( not Queen) beds when we reserved and paid for a king. Told they could do nothing as we reserved through 3rd party. TV had problems. Plumbing had problems. Room was clean but was "Handicapped accessible" and toilet and tub/shower were not up to code. If a person was using a walker, they would have the farthest walk possible from elevator to reach this room .Toilet loud and would not stop running without shaking handle for a munute after use. Hotel crowded with softball players and could not use pool. Overall. Would not choose this hotel again.

Love the Hampton Inn and always stay there as well the rooms are clean the sheets are clean the bed is big the complementary breakfast is fantastic makes it kind of feel like you’re staying at the Hilton which also owns it and explains a lot I absolutely recommend them

Friendly staff. Front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and maintenance all seemed to enjoy giving us great hospitality and cared about making us feel appreciated during our stay. Loudest and slowest elevator i have ever been in but it worked fine. Clean as expected at Hampton and the cleanliness in the pool area was above any i have experienced in any hotel.

Hampton Inn did not disappoint! We stayed with a large group for a local dance competition and they easily accommodated our group! Rooms were clean as was common areas. Hotel is close to food, gas etc. Will be staying there again for our next trip to KC
