Loved our stay here staff was very nice and the cleaning staff was always on time. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Everyday to be exact. And the breakfast there was better then most. I highly recommend this location and will be returning next year.

I mean it was a bed to sleep in but I was scared to death to get under the covers! Everything was disgusting ! I had to come in and clean the whole room before I felt safe. There was some gross splatter on the wall by the bed, food all over around the floors and behind the tables and bed! I pulled out mini fridge to turn it on and there was a rotten old pile of some kind of good! I almost threw up! My 13 year old fell in her icy cold shower she had to take with zero water pressure because the tub was so slippery . The breakfast was not appetizing at all I was honestly afraid to eat it ! I honestly would love a refund but I am not going to even bother trying ! My stomach still turns thinking about this place . Gross 🤢!

Even as a 14 year old, I don't even recommend this place. This place was absolutely disgusting to go to. The shower handles made it complicated, the shampoo and conditioning bottles the hotel room provided us were hand-sized, (it was enough to last one shower), and most importantly, it was very unsanitary. If I'm being honest, my cousins' house is much nicer than this. Until someone or a group of people invest money into renovating this hotel, I wouldn't be staying here in a million years. And you wonder why the majority of people are giving low-star ratings? It's because you guys don't clean and you also haven't made any renovations since my last stay, which was a little over 5 years ago. The truth hurts but I can't be lying about having a good time when it was literally worse than staying at an average house. Oh, and, wouldn't you think it's a little creepy you guys would put a gym right next to a swimming pool WITH WINDOWS..... Little would you know there are probably creepy people (men particularly) who like to stare at little kids who are trying to have a good time. There's no other hotel I've been to that's been like that. Someone get ahold of the owner, please, this is not a good stay. Owner, if you are reading this, PLEASE expand and renovate this place? It's 2022 now. There's a good reason for you guys to change this place up.

The price was reasonable. It was $100 a night for a king size room. I only booked the room for the Chiefs vs. Bengals AFC Championship game. The drive was about 10 minutes from Arrowhead stadium. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink drain was slow. It needed to be unclogged. Other than that, it was fine.
