Yesterday I shopped at Kohl's in Lee's summit Missouri location. The cashier said my credit card didn't go through, so I paid with cash. After that I saw on my credit card account that the transaction actually went through. I spoke with the manager Lisa about the issue showing my credit card account on my phone. She was very dismissive. She kept saying that the transaction didn't go through and the charge on my credit card will drop. I called the costumer service of my credit card company and they confirmed that the transaction did go through. I can only dispute the transaction after 3 days when it's posted. So I am double charged now. I understand that sometimes the system can be malfunctioning. But what really upsetting is the manager's erragent and dismissive attitude when a customer has an issue. I hope Kohl's will improve their customer service.

The last couple times the registers were closed on the women's side and the line was long on the men's side. I had no desire to stand in a long line. Left without purchasing. Come on, open the registers, don't cram us into one long line!

I love the store! They just need a few more floor people. It was hard to find someone to help me. I had to go up to check out and ask for someone. Other than that the store is teriffic

Love Love Love Kohls..not too many Department stores left, they don't consider themselves a Dept.store but they kinda are..can usually find help if I need it..they are always willing to help me find something I need.i love the sales and coupons.hrs and times open are good. store is always clean and their is one in every town..
