Came yesterday at 6 closed early due you staffing, no biggie I get it. Called today at 6:05 to ensure they were open so I didn’t drive a half hour for nothing, chipper voice answered with yes we are open! Head there and get here about 6:45 and they are closed sign on the door says closed at 5:30 due to staffing. COME ON!

Wife and I were in to look at purses, then she remembered a shoe that had been advertised. There are only certain types of shoes she can wear. She asked about the Sketchers Max cushioning to a passing employee and her response was, "I don't know, but your in the right section if we have them" and then walked on. Needless to say we didn't buy a purse but walked out. They sure try hard to get traffic in the store with all the coupons they mail but the the discount should be automatic due to the poor service.
