The staff was great with whatever we needed. However that is the only reason I left any stars!! The bathroom was disgusting, blood on the wall, no toiletries, and the tub was gross. The room floor was full of crumbs, the curtains were shredded, and had stains on them. Breakfast options were two kinds of cereal or an apple.

The location was perfect for what I needed. I checked in late and when I got up to the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was exhausted so I didn't feel like trying to switch rooms, especially after they said they were pretty full that night. All of my suitcase contents, the towels, the shower curtain smelled of cigarettes. I showered the night I got there, by the morning my hair and clothes smelled like cigarettes. This isn't the first time I've stayed here and the other times were better experiences but this one makes me question if I'll stay here again.

Reserved a handicapped room thru this sight and when we got to the hotel it was not available and the only rooms available were upstairs. We were not offered a discount or any alternative. Free breakfast consisted of cereal & coffee or juice. It was very out dated & smelled like old cigarettes. We will not be back or recommend this hotel ever.

Positive: It was located near our final destination No bed bugs Negative: Shower head leaked water causing damage to drywall. Bathroom sink faucet handle loose, making it difficult to control temperature. Overall faculty needed updates and maintenance. Advertise breakfast but none served
