Straight forward in getting my iMac fixed (slowed down terribly when I updated my iOS, worse than when I had a PC). They upgraded my drive to solid state and fixed my operating system. My iMac is running like new now. Thanks guys. I highly recommend this place. 👍

Did an amazing job fixing my 2 in 1 laptop! I had broken a hinge, they fixed it as well as cleaned my laptop. Very nice people, very professional!

I could not be more pleased with Myles at Reno Computer Fix. He was extremely well-informed, but even more importantly, he was kind and patient and went the extra mile with me as he taught me how to use a refurbished computer that I purchased from them. I am not computer savvy, and I felt "safe" in asking many questions. I highly recommend Reno Computer Fix and in particular Myles!

Hey I used to work here :) I'm assuming its an older Mac because most Macs are wireless now, unless you leave it plugged in 24/7 We usually can replace keyboard keys but we would have to see it in person to see if the key is broken or the internal mechanism is broken. If the internals are broken we may have some in the shop, BUT you might have to buy a new keyboard
Yes, they absolutely do.
Hey I used to work here, but I would say its either a windows update (so software issue) or your computer is going out and the USBs just so happen got hit first. If you take it in, we do free analysis's and get a better hold on the situation :)
It'd be a good idea so you might not have to wait but no. They're great at getting things done fast.
Hey they do not fix monitors :(
We only do desktop towers and laptops, but Reno iPhone Repair in the mall does component level repair they may be able to help you.
Yes no problem call justin
Yes, just bring all the parts and ask nicely. But idk if it's free. Ask for Luke and tip him nicely :)
