Unfortunately Urgent Care wasn’t open-not sure why- perhaps staffing issues??? This crowded the ED - I was checked in, registered & X-ray taken within 30 minutes-and then sat for 2 hrs w/other folks coughing, some without masks, puking, & what appeared to be in a great deal of pain. Fortunately the ibuprofen helped me enough with my pain that I chose to leave before seeing a doctor……especially since none of the folks that were there when I had arrived had gone back to see the doctor after all that time.

I went to the ER (7hr wait) the girl that was at the front desk had no compassion, no empathy, spoke rudely to you if you asked a question. She would tell patients she would get them a warm blanket and if she didn't bring it, she acted like you never asked. It was a chaotic mess and I felt bad for the 2 nurses up front. The two nurses were so kind, spoke nicely to the patients and they were so stretched. I finally made it into a room, the Dr came in and talked to me for about 10 minutes and gave me prescriptions and said you can go home.

I came in to get an MRI and was surprised at how smooth it went. The process was not as scary as I thought it would be. They made me feel comfortable even when I was kind of scared and anxious since I’ve never had one done before. I told my husband and friends and family right away about my pleasant experience with them. I recommend this facility to anyone who might be new to these kinds of medical procedures. The process was a breeze and I’d come back in the future if needed.

I don't know what I'm reviewing. I think its the last cat scan. One thing there were no cats there to scan me. I love cats and was disappointed. I did receive a scan of some sort and as usual it was SMOOTH. I TRY TO DO ALL MY MEDICAL AT YOUR HOSPITAL. I can't complain about anything which is a miracle because I always have complaints. Just my nature. Hopefully I'll never need your services again but I seem to get into things that require a hospital visit. As long as I live within 250 miles I'm going to your hospital. Thanks

Related hotel for relatives of patients who are hospitalized in ST Anne, (There is not).
Since the pandemic the emergency room visitation is limited.
I was just there for my 2 vaccinations, but I didn't see one. Call the hospital.
I had both of my vaccinations at Highline hospital. However, it's now called St. Anne hospital.
I am getting my 2nd dose next week. I am an essential worker with the P.D.
Yes parking is always free. There are several surface lots and two multi-level parking structures.
I do believe so it's a hospital
The technician is legally not allowed to interpret a patient s exams. This is your Doctor's responsibility. I'm sorry No one explained this to you. I understand your anxiousness at the time, but the A.M.A and Insurance Companies have their rules.
You can park in the emergency room garage
No.
No program currently. Not a huge birthing center, added to critical babies would hopefully be at a Neo natal care facility for a higher level of care.
I think you mean "Level 1 Trauma" center, and no, we don't currently have neurosurgery in-house, which is a requirement for that designation. We would be more of a level 3 trauma center, since anesthesia and surgery are not always in-house. I hope that answers your question. https://www.amtrauma.org/page/traumalevels
