I was looking for a way to kill a couple hours before making a pick up at Sea-tac and chose to come here. I got here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon at 5pm. There was still plenty of parking (there is a lot) and the "beach" area still had plenty of sitting available. There is are beautiful trails as you head north from the main entrance that are like walking in an enchanted forest. I saw a concession stand at the bathroom building but didn't get anything.

So quiet, green and beautiful. It's only a few blocks from Ambaumn blvd where everything looks like a normal busy city, yet this place looks like a full fledged rainforest with a gorgeous water view.

beautiful beach and great place to take kids all ages. we took my toddlers and they loved looking for seashells and throwing rocks in the bay. there are plenty of tide pools we saw baby squid and fish when you lift the rocks and nice trails. beautiful view of the water and you can watch the ferries passing by. great for a sunny day.

Fantastic park to enjoy the nature. I came in through the trailhead at SW 131st St, a very nice downhill trail (service road) leads to the waterfront, where there is great views of the sound, and an area to hang out and walk around. The parking lot, playground and restrooms are all in this area. Out of the park via Seahurst Park Rd, this time it's paved road alongside car traffic. A bit steep for running with enjoyable views.

Just watch for cars, but the walk is openly safe.
Dogs must be kept on their leash, poo bags are provided.
This is what I found on the website. Hope it helps. :) Looks like you need to reserve a picnic shelter, but regular picnic tables are open to all. Picnic shelters will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis from April 1 to June 30, 2021. Starting June 1, 2021, full day rental dates will be available from July 1 to December 31, 2021. Picnic shelters will be open at 50% capacity and attendees will need to maintain social distancing.
I dont believe the bus route goes down the residential area before park.. So a mile walk down to park.
They closes it around 8-9 pm it means if you're driving your car you can get stocked. But if walking you can certainly walk around. I don't think it's a problem!
No
No pass required. Get there early if you want the lower close parking otherwise have to use upper lot and can sometimes get full on nice days
There are 3 picnic shelters, and they can be reserved, yes.
Yes, and no.
Yes but it provides also on a first come first serve basis
No off leash area, but i do some of the trials and let her off. Shes a good dog and doesnt bother anyone. And i make sure i clean up after he r!
