Worst place to live in They lie about everything So many things they promise to fix once you move in but they never do .... And at the end they deduct all the unfinished repairs before you move in from your security deposit

Renters beware, the Vintage at Burien did not return my mother's security deposit even though all rent was paid. It's been over a year and we are going to start legal action to sue them to get her deposit back! FPI Management company located in California are unethical and greedy, at every opportunity they try to bleed the seniors for their money with high fees for services like electronic payments, short grace periods and charges for repairs. Warning don't rent any apartment FPI Management manages from this company ! :(

First answer no manager on site second answer no there is not 24-hour access security third question our residents issued eviction notices for minor infractions constantly very minor infractions this place is managed terribly the advertisement regarding what they offer here they don't offer anything they only have a movie on Friday nights no transportation for going places to casinos or grocery stores nothing in their advertisement is true

To qualify to live here you would also need to be 62+ or 55+ with a disability. All of our apartments come with dishwasher, garbage disposal, built in microwave and washer/dryer. Water/sewer/trash is included in the rent. At this time the only thing we have available is our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment home that are going for $1,175 with only $300 deposit!! It's an amazing price and would hate for you to miss out on this incredible deal!! Would the $1,175 be in your price range? and would you like to set an appointment to come and view your new apartment home.
