On going construction on and around the facility is a problem. Accessibility to it is challenging because of said construction. Not my favorite. It's LOCATION is a plus but, it's a negative because of everything else.

As park and rides go, it's fine. I do ding it a bit because it's got a funky entrance that pops up on you suddenly. Pay attention when you get close or you'll miss it.

Always parking available. Never had any issues with safety. I've been using this location for about 3 years and still recommend if you need to commute to Seattle or Bellevue by bus.

We have a house guess that works in downtown Seattle but lives with us in New Castle. This site is so convenient! It's open and very safe. However, there is essentially no place to wait in the rain. And we all know it will rain. Add some more protection from the elements and this is a 4/5
