Great store. A little small but have a Great Wall with newer selections. Usually returns, so just one size. Employees a little hard to track to get help. One was literally walking away on his cellphone texting hahaha. I did get some good deals on some shoes.

Really racially profiling. Fat guy so worried about watching the black people paying their hardworking money in their store gave us the wrong shoes size. Smh paying attention to the wrong thing. Gas prices the way they are And having to drive 35 miles back to get the right size due to his lack of ethics give you a 1 star 🌟 rating. Negative if I could.

Staff is not very friendly, Stuff on the backwall is regular price with red sales sticker which is a big cheat. Making the customer think that you are buying shoes on sale but you are paying regular price, they are put the red sales sticker with regular item price. I talked with manager and he said that this Nike policy to make the red sales sticker the same price as the regular price. You can always get the same shoes cheaper @ nike.com with free shipping.

this reviews for the Nike Factory Outlet store inside Factoria Mall. the store just recently opened and the selection is actually not too bad and the prices seem to be decent. Nice-looking store inside the mall. Customer service was okay but they could probably improve a little.
