Absolutely wonderful store, everytime I come in I am welcomed immediately the workers are very friendly and professional, the store it's self is super clean and it's so easy to find what you're looking for. Thank you to party city and crew for being the best store period to buy party supplies I look forward to more shopping here keep up the fantastic work.

I was next in line I wasn’t called over or greeted, the cashier just stood there. When I walked up she directed me to online order pick up, the person working the orange table for online order pick up didn’t greet or acknowledge that I was here to pick up online order and just walked away. Someone walked up to her and immediately took that person to the back to get some help. After 15 minutes of waiting she came back and walked right past me even though i was clearly standing at the orange online order pick up table. The customer service is terrible and needs lots of improvement at least from the staff that I encountered. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Typically I do my best to avoid Party City, mostly because I have only been to the one in Tukwila thats always a mess but this Bellevue location is so different! It is so clean and INCREDIBLY organized - i dont know if i have seen any store this neat let alone a party city! Kimberly helped me multiple times find things I needed and helped me brainstorm for different ideas. She is the best! She truly went above and beyond to help me and you can definitely tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her store. If you ask me she should be running all of the stores!

Great Job and thanks Kayla, David and Josh. They did a wonderful job for preparing a gender reveal box with Led Balloons and the gender sign. Though it was a huge box, these guys decorated it so well. My sister and brother-in-law loved the surprise. Thanks again guys.
