Wow, I love this place As soon as you walk in the girls up front always acknowledge you making you feel welcome. The water feature is absolutely beautiful as well as all the plants. They have a little shopping area where you can buy products and gifts for friends, if you have time before and or after your service. Ive seen a few of the therapist and everyone has there own specialty. They all seem very knowledgeable and experienced. There is a sauna, steam room and a couple of pools that are so relaxing to use on my day off. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends.

I became a member in October and have been loving it! It's the ultimate self care center. The eucalyptus steam room might be my favorite part of hydrotherapy. The sauna and pools are quite the experience as well. I always leave feeling refreshed. I had been looking everywhere for a masseuse who has a unique style, where they are healing and relaxing at the same time. I got lucky when I had my first appointment with Desmond, for my deep tissue massage. He makes me feel comfortable and asks questions before we begin so he knows how to approach my massage. I never get the same massage twice, because my body has different needs to work on. Desmond is intuitive, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Desmond for massage!

I’ve been a member at Yuan Spa for a few months now and continue to be impressed by the service and facilities. It’s always lovely to have the option for hydrotherapy both alone and along with other services. My massage therapist Desmond has been phenomenal to work with. He’s a true master, incorporating a number of different techniques into his treatments and tailoring our sessions to best address my needs. I appreciate his holistic approach to wellness and his advice on at-home care as well. Thank you Desmond and everyone at Yuan for all you do!

Nice, but I expect more from the price point and the name. I had a couple's massage at Yuan in Bellevue. The massage itself was nice and the masseuse--Dani--was excellent. She asked how deep I wanted and how soft I wanted it. She made me feel comfortable and gave a very good massage. My issue is with the overall experience. If I'm going to pay $150 for a massage at a spa, I want some amenities beyond a "relaxation room" that's really just a small waiting room with a couch and some tea on a warmer. I would expect multiple relaxation rooms with unique themes. I would expect to be loaned a robe and told to walk around and enjoy myself. I would expect to be allowed to come and go in the "hydrotherapy" rooms. I would expect to find things to do for a few hours. These are the things I think of when I think "spa." If all my money gets me is a massage, I may as well go to one of the chain stores and get it for 1/3 the price.
