You can download the application from our website, it is fwbha.com, go to the about us tab and choose housing. It will give you the option for Public Housing or Section 8 which is HCV. You can print it and return it to us by mail to FWBHA 27 Robinwood Dr. SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, or you can drop it in our drop box in our front door. Yes. There are two lists. One for public housing and one for vouchers to assist with rent. Your need to call and check your position on the list weekly, as they take people who are determined most in need first. It is not a first come, first serve basis.
