I want to ask if the Housing Authority can assist with landlord issues such as being evicted and unwillingness to renew the lease because of rent being late one time in two years, which I paid and increasing my rent but not my neighbors rent(?)

No, I'm in the process however. At the moment I am approved for the rental assistance program "Ourflorida.com" and qualified for section 8
