Came for vaccine. Everything was fine. Was told to wait for fifteen minutes then they'd give the vaccine card. Came back in fifteen and they closed the pharmacy? Why set me up for a prolonged wait? No warning or anything. Really unprofessional move.

It is not. I watched the video and the stored showed there is not this one. I believe the store in the video is the Covina store.

Is there a Bin or drop off kiosk for unused/ expired medication at this location?

Yes there is, it is located inside Walgreens Pharmacy .
