They make u feel Xtra comfortable. I'm very scary when it comes to pain. She ask me more than enough, "if i felt any pain" during my procedure. I will be returning! Thank yall for everything.

My experience here is always pleasant all of the employees here are very kind and respectful. When you walk in they always greet you with a smile . Dr Jolivette is always willing to assist with any concerns you may have The wait time is never long so that’s also a great thing ☺️

I had a veneer done by another dentist on #9 and one day I randomly told a colleague I wasn’t happy with the work. I sent Dr. Jolivette pics of the previous work and she assured me that she could do better. Sure enough she was true to her words. I ended up getting veneers of 8&9 and they look so much better. They have a sheen that matches my teeth, they are not as bulky as my previous veneer and they also felt so great compared to the previous veneer. The whole experience took two visits and her staff of Isabella and Jada were also great. Dr. Jolivette is a brilliant, caring, thorough and talented dentist. Highly recommend.

Went in for a 6-month cleaning/checkup that's covered by insurance. They put a fluoride treatment on my teeth, which isn't indicated for adults and can be detrimental to existing dental work like crowns (of which I have several). To make it worse, they charged me $39 WITHOUT telling me beforehand that it was an extra charge! FACT: They performed a procedure on my mouth without my prior knowledge or consent and then tried to charge me for it. This alone is enough of a professional and ethical infraction for us to never return and likely is an actionable offense. While our appointment was with Dr. Jolivette, we got some mumble-mouthed guy who told us his name, but he mumbles so badly we didn't understand him, even after I asked him to repeat himself. (Note: I do not have hearing problems.) Then he goes around "probing" my gums, but he's actually spearing them like he's never done a dental exam before. I have been to many dentists, but this was the laziest exam I've ever had. Also, my gums aren't cocktail wieners, so let's not stab through them, okay? And the cleaning? It was non-existent. I floss constantly (4-5 times a day) so I don't have much to scrape off my teeth when I go to the dentist, but this guy did a half-hearted scrape on maybe 4 teeth. He rarely spoke directly to me except to say "turn toward me" and "open wider", otherwise he spoke to the staff as if I weren't even there. He had all the personality of wet cardboard and his dismissive attitude was rude. The hygienist we got told us "it's my first day", which isn't what anyone wants to hear, but if they have experience then no worries. But there were worries aplenty. Another hygienist had to show ours how to use some of the equipment and the rotating rubber brush device they use to polish your teeth was a weak rechargeable device that couldn't clean a window, much less teeth. It just bogged down when any amount of pressure was applied making it pretty useless. The hygienist didn't even get to all my teeth, much like the dentist didn't do a thorough exam/cleaning. BUT, they made sure to do both panoramic and bitewing x-rays, presumably because they can charge more to insurance. This place is only trying to generate revenue. Generating revenue is fine, it's how a business stays in business, but generating revenue in an unethical manner by not supplying proper goods and/or services is wrong on so many levels. They tried to up-sell my wife on a "deep cleaning" that was $245 PER QUADRANT! It's funny how, after seeing another dentist just 6 months prior and having ZERO problems for years, suddenly in just 180 days my wife's teeth have gone from perfectly fine to degraded & needing deep cleaning from this new dentist. How would this so-called "dentist" even know? He spent almost no time examining either of us. In fact, the time it took for both of us was less than it takes for one of us with every other dentist office we've ever been to. We will not be back under any circumstances.
