I recently brought my Lincoln Aviator to All Star Ford Prairieville to get serviced for new tires and an oil change and everyone there treated me with great customer service and it was a very pleasant experience. I will be going back for all of my service needs.

I once gave this dealer 4-5 stars as my last purchase was in 2019. This dealer has really gone down hill. I've been a loyal customer and have sent many folks their way, exclusively used their service and parts dept. as well. Their service has been dwindling but now the icing on the cake is them wanting $10k over sticker of a truck that was placed on order over a year ago. "Market adjustment". When this market bubble soon pops, folks will remember the antics that this dealer chooses to play.

I called a few weeks ago to make a appointment to get my f-150 sunroof serviced. My appointment was Friday at 9:00am ,so I dropped my truck off Friday and spoke to service telling them I will pick it up Saturday,because I go back to work Monday. My sunroof is currently stuck slighlty tilted in the upright position. So after my truck sitting there all day, the service writer texted me saying they were unable to get to my truck today…., As you can see the text message in the photo below. What is the point of making a appointment? I took off work Friday to get my truck there. I also had a recall that they offered to take care of. So here it is Saturday and I called back to check on my truck and they still did not start on it. I was told Randal Trahan was off today. So finally I went and picked up my truck. I will never bring my vehicle there again. Horrible service that you would not expect from a dealership.Very unprofessional text message by the way.
