I have my fair shares with Cardinal ford I have purchased a 2007 Nissan frontier SE from the dealership at this location The guy Rodney had ripped me off and sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission the vehicle was under warranty but it was six month warranty I told him about it and I gave him the papers from Nissan that the truck needs a new transmission and a system flush I can say this Rodney you sold me a vehicle that was under warranty not as is so I will be suing you and the company for not repairing my truck unless you guys repair my truck I literally still paying on his truck till this day and I will not stop until somethings happen

Mike the new service Manager is the "real deal" He is all about customer service old school style. He cut through the issues I had with a repair so we'll that I decided to purchase a new SUV from Cardinal. Dave and Dave the salesman and finance Guys followed through with everything they said they would do. I spent some major money with Cardinal but I got what I came for and sometimes money can't even buy that. Thank You gentleman. The General Manager is a professional, he drove the best new car on their lot before I bought it from him! As of May 30 the dealership is closed and I bought everything they sold with a new vehicle including a service plan, so what now, class action or maybe they will return my calls on who will service my new explorer now.

They shutdown that location! About 2 weeks ago!
No the most work I have gotten done has only been oil changes so I'm not sure if you have a major repair they give out loaner vehicles but I don't think so.
I would call first they are always busy and for a job that big it may be an overnight deal. Ask for a service manager and good luck.
