I would call first they are always busy and for a job that big it may be an overnight deal. Ask for a service manager and good luck.
Definitely call and get an appointment and ask how long the repair will take. My recent repair visit, without an appointment, was because of a power window problem, I needed a new motor and regulator. They didn't have the part in stock, but got the part and completed the repair in less than 3 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased.
My observation is they are very slow at service. I would definitely make an appointment
