Was trying to set up a warranty airbag replacement on my car with them, but on a very tight schedule before my relocation outside of STL. Unfortunately, didn't work out but not through any fault of Schicker. They tried and I give them A+ for effort and professionalism!

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I had a recall, made an appointment, went in and it was utter chaos in the collision center. So many unnecessary employees, all rude. Was ended up being told I’d have to come back and they don’t have any rentals for me anyway, which was part of the recall. One employee asked for my keys, I gave them to him and he just stood there staring at me. He couldn’t even move my car up the bay! I had to go in and move my own car in a working garage! They said they’d call me when everything was ready and needless to say, I haven’t heard a word in 2 months! I called Ford and they found me a dealer for the recall in a much better part of town.

First customer experience with Schicker Ford, and I honestly could NOT have had a better experience! Rich Moore in service was updating me every step and of the way, and made my service experience the BEST I have ever had. Rich is a seasoned professional. Mike Thiese service Manager was also extremely helpful and informative. Needless to say, I am very happy and look forward to having both of my Fords serviced there.
