Only one lady in charge of the whole restaurant. We informed her that we had never ever had Korean barbecue before. She explained nothing to us and put the meat on to cook, left, until it was burnt. We ordered the combo. There was no explanation as to what we were supposed to do as far as cooking our own meat or how to eat/enjoy it. The ribeye and some of the other meat was completely burnt up and she didn’t replace it or reduce the bill. The bill came out to $77. I suppose 99% of all customers know how to eat this but we didn’t. Lesson learned: bring someone who can be a guide. Horrible experience.

Food was average. Took a long time to get to us. The main dishes came after we finished the side dishes. The place was definitely undeserved in air conditioning. Go there on a hot day at your own parrow.

My family and I went in today for Mother’s Day it took them 15 minutes to seat us when it wasn’t busy. Then when they finally sat us down we waited 20-35 minutes for them to take our order and they ended up serving another table as soon as they got sat. We did try and get there attention a couple times as well. We just ended up leaving. Bad experience never going back.

After reading many reviews saying that this place is overpriced, I was a little worried but I still went. I had the marinated short ribs and my 40 bucks was totally worth it. Yes, it is more on the pricey side since this place is not all you can eat but the quality is at its finest. It was very soft and the amount I got for 40 bucks was totally reasonable. The place was packed and the servers looked so busy, but they were still very nice and friendly. Even in the chaotic situation, they came by my table to check up. I had to wait a bit to be seated, but the servers were so nice that I decided to give it a try. I don’t have any regrets and I will definitely come back with my friends next time!
