Front desk staff is utterly useless. Obscene wait times to be seen. Just a poorly run office. I would recommend finding a different doctor.

The scheduling is an absolute horror show. I waited 90 minutes past my scheduled time and was told, "it's people, can't be helped". Completely disrespectful to patients and I hold the doctor ultimately responsible.

Dr.Pamela Basuk, Is the best dermatologist in the area if not in New York. My wife was misdiagnosed by the biggest Healthcare System in our area. She felt in her gut something was not right. She reached out to Dr. Basuk was given an appointment the same day. Dr. Basuk correctly diagnosed her potentially saved her life. We are grateful and we highly recommend her. This is a true caring professional.

I'm not sure why you say you "Can't get an answer". You left a message today with our office manager, and she returned the call 16 minutes later. As you know, she informed you of your date of service and why the money is owed. If you have any further questions, you can call us back at 631-666-2900.
