Good spot, not too crazy about the tacos but I liked the drinks and I always get seated an uncomfortable area so I wish it could be better and more accommodating.

Chips were crisp and dishes were served piping hot, but many flavors were a little off. Our breakfast burrito was bland and the salsa verde was extremely acidic, as if the portion of lime had been accidentally doubled. The friend who brought us is a regular and said the food is usually better. (The restaurant was hosting a large event on their back patio, so the kitchen could have been stretched a bit thin.) The pleasantly appointed interior and the friendly service was sufficiently appealing that I would give Verde another chance next time I’m passing through Bay Shore despite an imperfect first experience.

Fantastic Oaxacan Mexican Restaurant and Tequilaria. Great cocktails, great authentic Oaxacan dishes. Greenhouse dining area where they grow their herbs, peppers etc. Some outdoor tables weather permitting. Lively Tap Room with excellent cocktail menu. They will definitely have your favorite tequila or mescal. Attentive service.
