I had a very positive experience at this branch. Check-in process was easy and the woman employee that helped me was extremely nice and patient. The wait wasn't that bad either.

I called the Lakewood office and they sounded so disinterested and monotoned. Doesn't make you want to go there. It's a shame ...people got jobs...don't want them, and people who want jobs can't get them!

Dear Ms Canterbury, if you're a US born, not doing a name change and just need a replacement SSN card; all you need is your driver's license, visit your local Social Security office between business hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and ssn cards don't have any cost. You will receive the ssn card in the mail within a week. Birth certificate cannot be obtained thru SSA.
