Today and tomorrow it is...bc it's still preseason. Saturday starts the summer off..no dogs, daily pass needed and life guards on duty.
Non resident parking pass is 25 bucks. If you go 2 miles further east to the end of dune road at the inlet there is a large parking lot that is free.
