DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! THE BANK WILL MAKE YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SAYING A BAD WORD. FORGET GOING BACK TO THE CALL THAT STATES ITS RECORDED BUT WHEN TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE CALL RECORDING , WE WERE TOLD NOT ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. YEAH NONE OF THE CALLS THAT SHOW THE TELLER WAS IN THE WRONG. BECAUSE OF ONE PERSON NOW MY FAMILY HAS NO BANK ACCOUNT BUT HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING HIS DIRECT DEOPIST AND THEIR MONTHLY FEE.

8/6/21 Yet again drive thru full I went into the lobby no one in there one bank teller on a Friday afternoon working the lobby and drive thru such a disaster of a place! General manager in his office finally comes out to help by this time the line inside is long and all he says is we are doing the best we can hey how about having someone else there to help did you ever think of that probably not. A. 10 months ago.Tellers that work at the Ogden and main street branch are very incompetent, slow as molasses and very unfriendly.
