Do not live here. It is overpriced for what you get. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone. And management is horrible, they treat you like college students. Also, watch your car, mine got towed from inside the parking garage because staff makes errors on their paid parking registration list. Do not live here!

My lease is up in few months and looking forward to move out . This place looks nice first and then as soon you move in you start to notice the issues they have . Dirty , smelly, water leaks in the indoor garage so I’m dealing my car being dirty all the time , while I’m walking to the car water dirty leaks getting on my hair clothe it’s disgusting. I complaint to the office nothing really happen . It’s like talking to the robots there . They are programmed what to say and they care less about the people living there . The biggest issue here is the fire alarm going off 3-4 times the last 2 months . 2:35 am , 4:25 am 4:40 am , 7:20 pm . My son wakes up screaming crying , he’s having problems now going to sleep with fear . He wakes up in the middle of night screaming . I’m getting now panics attacks and e anxiety. Can’t sleep good during the night . My husband having the same problem . And all I’m hearing on the emails from the office is apologizes and inconvenient. I just made another complain today to the office . And told them that I don’t need they apologize but discount me rent and fix the issues please for putting me and my family through this . Of course they said no -Rachel from the office . She said can only offer me support for what I’m going through . Unbelievably and disappointed and disgusted by this . So please you guys out there think very good before you move in at this building . And sorry for this long review .

This is my first apartment that I've lived in on my own. I absolutely love the one bedroom space that I live in. Plenty of room for myself and my dog. I've also found that it's a very peaceful building I hear the kids periodically and other people's dogs but for the most part I'm very insulated in my apartment and it is nice and quiet. The staff is incredible very warm and welcoming and even go above and beyond. I am currently recovering from surgery and I have packages being delivered. Normally with the system your packages are only supposed to be in there for so many days or else they get sent back because there are just too many people in this building getting deliveries. I informed the office that I I'm currently non-weight-bearing could they please bring my package to me. I was just expecting them to put it on hold but within minutes of sending them an email my package was at my door. Just one more reason why I love living at the Avant. I'm quite sure I will be renewing my lease!
