These case workers are the worst. Didn’t get notified until the fourth case that was opened up for my stepson saying he was afraid of going home to moms house because things stepdad was doing. There were two incidents after that closed out also. Because he has what is considered a mental health issue with outbursts one case worker stated because a child like that. My response was what do mean a child like that. Just became has issues does not give you the right to ignore him. Then they say it was suspicious because we were going to court for custody. I had to ask them what are the accusing us of. We had nothing to gain because we had already gone to court. We are just waiting on a decision. Then he said will then trust in the judge. I told him how can we trust in the judge who refused to look at the cases and is putting trust in CPS that they did their job and CPS are saying they are doing nothing because we were going to court. In the mean time who is suffering. We need better care and compassion for our disabled children. We have such a messed up system.

My case worker sucks. I'm ignored and visits are canceled for no reason or nobody simply shows up sometimes. Was told I'd have help with certain things and have not received any help at all. The only thing positive I can say about this place is the security guard. I wouldn't even give this place a half star.

Depending on what county you are in you will either have to file in family court or contact a lawyer to help.

How does one report child abuse admitted in Twitter, when one knows nothing more than that they have Austin as their profile location? Can you track him down and find out if he really did what he claimed?

I would report that to police. They should be able to track someone down.

If a child was given to a family member and that child runs away because they are unhappy because of something happening in the house, what can they do to not miss out on school without having to go back to that household?

If this is a child in cps care please contact their worker about it. They have access to a educational specialist to assist with school issues but the child would need to be located first.
