I am beyond frustrated working with Campbell Co SS. It took a month to provide verification for $100 that my case worker accepted. I think it’s coincidental her initials are BS, but the part that had me in tears is receiving my redetermination paperwork. This person decided…or let me be correct, she said “her computer” told her what to decide I make since I make most of my income in tips. So NOT ONLY in the service industry has the government decided $2.13 an hour is STILL decent, but they also can decide how much your customers are giving you to fill in the actual income gap. My person decided I make well over $1000 extra a month that SHE cannot verify cause I’ve not made that much per month since I’ve needed assistance!!! HOW??!! I’m just flabbergasted at how the government is allowed to bully you when you need help and your doing your best.
