Waited on hold the phone for over an hour. When my call finally connected, a woman came on the phone, said "CVS Pharmacy", waited two seconds, and then hung up. I didn't even have a chance to take the phone off speaker so she could hear me. Called back again afterwards, waited on the phone for another 20 minutes and then got hung up on again. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me or if she just didn't want to take the call, but she clearly wasn't interested in the call. Really, really negative experience for me.

Never enough help in the pharmacy. The employees that are working certainly appear to be working hard. Unfortunately, I believe that this is another case of big corporations not paying enough to their employees. The drive thru is almost always three or four cars deep. When you call you are on hold for a minimum of five minutes. And that's after you navigate through their phone system waiting to hear the correct number(s) to enter. It's very frustrating when you almost have to get your prescription filled there due to your insurance. And it's private insurance, which is all the more frustrating.
