Went through the car wash and got to my work less than ten minutes later and got out to see dirt still all over my Jeep, the back windshield was never even touched, I have a video showing the dirt coming off on my finger. I called twice and left a message and still haven’t received a call back a day later.

Need to teach employees to watch the tires when telling customers to pull in. My brand new car almost bounced out of the guide rail because he just kept signalling for me to pull forward not turn the wheel. First time it's happened but I'm unbelievably p1$$3d. I was here at 2:16pm 10/5/22

Just go to a Mister Car Wash. They will give you a new sticker.
Visit the location, they can look up your account by name or phone number and give you a new sticker.
I saw on the kiosk as you prepare for your carwash that there are different options, and I believe a prepaid pass is one of those options. :)

Noticed it even when it was southland car washes reuse snd filter there water for consevation and i dont think theres is working correctly the one on leanord does not have that odor ..
