Sometimes it will get very busy at the Kalamazoo Street location making for long wait times.

When you pull up to one of the gates it will prompt you to make a wash selection, then it will ask if you want to join the membership. You can skip that option and do a one time wash. After that you pay like normal and your good to go
They are free, but they're supposed to be free with a wash
It depends on what features you get in the wash, but it ranges between $14 - $30. The monthly cost passes.are more economical than a one-time.

Yes they do accept southland gift cards. I also have one that I'm trying to hurry up and spend before they change their policies. But I am 100% sure that they accept their coupons.
