I called to place an order and the customer service was excellent! I had already known what I wanted to order but they made the steps so easy and stress-free. A little pricey, but appears to be good quality. We'd have to actually live with the chair in our home for a better review. The extra protection package was automatically added to the purchase before explaining it. We ended up getting it, but I felt like it should have been offered and discussed before automatically adding it. Another minor concern is not being able to take fabric samples home. Hopefully we made the right choice! The salesman, Robbie, and his trainee, we're great to work with.

First, our ideas and wishes for our living room furniture were 100% heard by our store salesman Burke. He made sure we got to sample all of our possibilities. Burke is very professional & went out of his way to make sure each of our requirements were an individual experienced. We purchased our living room set after Burke walked us through the entire showroom & brought us to Megan and Chelsea, the 3-D designers! We’re now very excited about our new furniture and can’t wait for it to arrive!

Comes in a box that is reasonably transportable. Then the chair back slid into the slots.
