Have to go to the office just to get my physical address changed. Because they won't change it in their system, and I can't get my benefits started because of it. It's been over a month now. I call and leave messages for Ms, Hoye got only one call back telling me I can call the office between 9am and 4 pm. And it's only up to their office to make this right.

Actually our job here is to be as courteous as possible and still deliver the bad news that must be given. We must address the elephant in the room in nearly every conversation without causing the undue misinformation. The job here is extremely hard especially when you have to give bad news to folks who are already in a hard position. Of your visit with us is unpleasant for reasons other than bad news feel free to file your complaint.
