Office staff needs to reviewed. This facility employees are very unprofessional and needs to be retrained. The case workers don't call back or Adhere to any of their policies. I have sympathy for any person with a disability to have to deal with this office. I will be seeking higher counsel on the best way to handle my son's case in this office. This is ridiculous. So I'm assuming anyone without a representative has lost files. So sad!!!

The Lacombe office wouldn't answer their phone, so I drove over there. Despite being informed online that it was by appointment only, I was able to sign up for a meeting. The representative was arrogant and patronizing.

I was hung up on seven times from 9a.m. to 4p.m. The "employees" refused to give their names & It's just plain wrong to treat people this way! Clearly they just are collecting a check pushing the call onto another "coworker" til clock out time. I'd give you negative stars if the rating system allowed.
