Called four other SS offices trying to get a question answered, had dropped calls or was left on hold for almost an hour. The East St Louis office picked up in less than two minutes and was so pleasant in helping with my questions!

Why are some agents straight up rude with hanging up when the office closes instead of explaining that the office is now closed and we will be open again at specific time next day? I just had someone hang up on me because of this. Unprofessional.

Go to the office and request a new card I think they will give you something with your number on it to use until the new card arrives
