The person working there is a good guy, but all he does is forward any paper work or information to the national SS office, which is a totally incompetent corrupt organization. It is better to take the time to go to the local office. The national SS line is a total waste of time.

Got in and out in under 7 min. And they were very efficient and friendly.

They serve us as BEST they can in-spite of this poor administration. Our Social Security office is staffed with kind, knowledgeable, helpful responsible people. Very happy with their services.
Spencer Reed
Best service in the industry!

Cedar City office is not yet open to my knowledge. Have you tried to apply online?
i need a card
There is a phone number on the outer door. It goes to St. George where you can make an appointment there. Or documents can be sent in by mail depending on what you're trying to do.
Nope
It depends. Usually they only disclose that type of information to the mother. Any other scenario would require guardianship paperwork.
Some states allow you to replace it online. Call your local office or go to ssa.gov to be sure. Otherwise you'd have to go into your local office or mail an application with you picture ID.
No, just make sure to double check the hours they are open before going
Well most people wont because those who didnt get their raise weren't paying the full Medicare premiums. When premiums are increased Social security will only raise you premiums as long as your check amount wont go down. It's called the "Hold harmless clause". You should read up on it. I guess the alternative would've been them lowering your check amount 2 years ago...which sounds better?
No, but you can get a medical record with your doctors signature and use that.
Social security has nothing to do with that sort of thing. You should call the police and contact the major credit bureaus as they monitor credit...not social security.
