Well I took my car in on Tuesday October 18th because it wouldnt start consistently. I was called on Oct 20th and told that it was the starter. Thats what the computer said. So I agreed to get it fixed and the customer service guy Chris quoted me at 300 and something for the part and that it was an hour job...well they called me the next Tuesday 10/25 and said the car was done. I got there and paid almost 700. Went to start my car from inside using the key fob and it didnt start. Then I went out closer to the car and it started right up..so I thought hey its fixed. I got all the way to Walmart on the other side of town and did my shopping. Went back out and it wouldnt start. Was doing the same thing..I finally got it to start and took it right back to Ford. I was told it was going to be looked at and they gave me a ride back to my home. It is now 11/1 and I have yet to hear anything from them. I called them 10/27 to see if anything had been found and was told they still cant figure it out. Now I am out of a car and have no communication from the shop. To say this is an inconvenience is putting it lightly.

I was sorry that Pete left Cedar City Motor. I was assisted by Kary for the first time and she provided great service. I am a relationship customer and want a one on one with my service representative. Pete gave that. And now Kary has given that. Thank you!

My car was one of the many that were damaged in the hail storm that happened in Cedar City. Brought my car by to get an estimate, they had it ready within an hour. As far as getting the work done on my car, they were pretty booked out due to how many cars needed repairs from this storm. Oscar told me he’d call me if there were any cancellations. He called me within just a couple days and got me on their schedule. Oscar also took care of all of the stress of having to deal with the insurance side of things. My car was repaired very quickly, looks brand new. I am so impressed with the work the shop does and the employee that made this whole process an absolute BREEZE! Thank you, Oscar!

They have a full service parts department, so I assume if they dont have it in stock they could order it for you.
