They make you mail all personal documents like drivers licenses and birth certificates to fix something they messed up. Even though online it says to not mail these items. On the website it also says to schedule an in person meeting if you have to provide these documents, to which the Indiana pa office also refuses to do.

No. You will need to enter your social number into there system when you get there and wait for your number to be called in order to talk to someone.
