I’ve bought Off-road vehicles from several businesses previously. This place has the worse customer service out of the bunch. Prices are marked up above other dealer prices. You buy the machine plus freight and handling plus dealer fee, because they can.

I'm a Massachusetts resident and it is hard to find parts for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX12R ninja. I purchased carbon brushes for starter motor. 15 days ago and Tom Parker the owner. true to his word sent me another carbon brush. that was lost in the mailing system. great guy!
