The ppl at this office are mostly very nice, but over worked. Be patient and kind to them. Computers are the bane of everyone's existence, as are new phone systems,... You'll get faster service if you're kind and nice and give them what they need! 😉

From my knowledge. This place is walk in, you go to the kiosk in the lobby, just. Ask anyone there, the security guard is very helpful, it will give you a number that they will call, 25 etc, 26 , wait time when I was there 3 times with my wife was less than a half hour everytime,

No you dont have to make a appointment and you dont have to go in either. You can call the social security and they will do it over the phone but if you did go in you wouldn't be long waiting, I'd say about 30mins.
