Janet was awesome at explaining the wellness plan, and Dr. Gibson was funny, knowledgeable, and very informative. I will definitely be coming back! EDIT: After the 2 months that I had signed up for, I want you all to beware that they do automatically renew for you which will be charged to the card on file. I had went in today to cancel, and the doctor was not in. After being informed of that, I knew I was going to cancel anyway, as I did not want to be charged. The man behind the counter tried to get me to freeze my account, rather than cancel it. I did write my reason for cancelling was that "I'm being forced to", and the man then took the paper from me and gave me a cancelation form instead. All in all, they helped me and were kind over that two months. I do believe it is a scam to keep getting you every month. I would go back if my injuries arose again, however not everyone is in a position to pay 80 bucks a month, then canceling is like pulling teeth. I am not saying all locations are like this, however in the future, due to the man working there today, I will 100% not be going back to this location. Don't try to weasel me, because I am not buying it.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
