Our family had a fabulous time at our spacious cabin. It was so clean and well appointed. Checkin was easy! We were able to enjoy all the amenities at the cabin and it was convenient to all things in Pigeon Forge/Smoky Mountain National Park. We will definitely book again with Aunt Bug’s Cabin Rentals.

We rented Mystical Cabin with pool for 17 people- the hot tub didn’t work, no jets power and would go above 90 degrees - the pool walls were slimy and we decided that wasn’t good to swim in, the dishwasher didn’t work, the refrigerator shelves were broken , there was pop bottles and dirty sheets on the pullout sofas which we needed. The shower curtains were full of scale buildup - yuck, the pillows were so filthy and stained, we even called ahead after seeing reviews of the filth and asked for a good clean AND clean sheets on sofas because we would be using them. Speaking of sofas the one in living room was broken and looked 20 years old. We had dirt and bugs in every single windowsill - no screens upstairs to let fresh air in. The heartbreak is more for the owner who is allowing this company to manage their beautiful property - the view is breathtaking. They sent two people who couldn’t speak English to clean what we tried to tell them was wrong while eating dinner so we asked to come back and then were told by the manager you get one call and one visit for housekeeping items. Not a good experience at all

We stayed at the Secret Hideaway #195 Cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful, all the way back in the woods. The bed was comfortable. But a few things... The cabin has some foundation issues. The floor is sinking in by the bedrooms, and the doors scrape the floor. The deck is crooked, where the hot tub is. The dishes were sticky and not clean before we first used them. There were some dusty areas that seems like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Overall, it was a good place to rest. However, it was a bit unnerving with the sinking floors.

My husband and I had a awesome time in our cabin. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub on the deck. Absolutely beautiful at night.

Ours was outside of a neighborhood and there was 3 or 4 other cabins in the area. You could see them driving by but the trees between each cabin made it secluded. You couldnt see anyone.

I went there to #711 it's okay for the price 3 nights like 600 it was 2 bedroom lights in hot tube did not work and beds felt old but it was nice
We had a super good deal there and the place was so clean towels was clean and bed sheets was to. the kitchen and jacuzzi was to we are going back there again .yes its safe it's all about how you drive

Their cancellation policy means nothing after booking. We had a sick family member under hospice care to which we provided proof and was still denied a refund.
